Our Story

Founded in 2015, Cesoro Group was born with the opening of Rokoko, with the vision to offer a quality dining experience at affordable prices in the heart of Nicosia. Being awarded the “Best Price” award many years in a row, it fulfilled our vision and ended up expanding into a franchise in Larnaca in 2023.

In 2019 Tocayo is created — a Nikkei cuisine-inspired restaurant, blending Latin & Asian flavours throughout its whole menu, adding another unique dining experience to our portfolio.

Driven by a passion for innovation, whilst in the middle of the global pandemic, Cesoro Group introduces a new ghost brand concept in 2020. Hangry Ghost, born within the kitchen of -then closed- Tocayo, became a huge success and ended up acquiring its own address within a year, as it found its spot within a mall’s foodcourt in Nicosia. Right next to it, Rokoko’s miniature form is also established called Rokoko Forno.

Moving forward to 2024, Cesoro finds a gap in the market and creates yet another ghost kitchen, aiming to offer a more healthy option to the market of Nicosia: Kokona - a fire grilled chicken-focused brand.

Today, Cesoro Group employs nearly 90 dedicated professionals, establishing strong foundations for future growth.

Our success is fuelled by a relentless pursuit of new ideas. Each of our restaurants offer a unique and immersive experience, combining innovative cuisine, curated music, ambient lighting, and exceptional service.

Looking ahead we aim to enhance and expand our existing restaurants and develop new concepts within Nicosia and beyond.
